If interested please read: Payment: We do this as a non-profit project but we don’t want to loose money on it. This means that the house-owner must pay all travel-expenses for the artists and their daily living expenses during the time we are putting the exhibition up and taking it down again. In most situations this is not a large budget. We also ask for a contribution to the cost of materials used in the exhibition. In most cases a payment will be received in front of the exhibition and the artists are personal responsible to stay within the budget limitations, this includes costs for living and travelling! If we sell a work during the exhibition the house-owner get a certain percentage of the sale of the art. When buying the art himself he/she gets a discount on the art. This percentage varies from situation to situation and will be decided in advantage. Insurance: What kind of agreements we find suitable will be discussed and written down in a contract. Limitations The artists have to follow the general rules of the house owner and he/she may decide the regulations. The regulations MUST be presented for the artist before doing the exhibition and written down in a contract. General: Since the organisation is most active in Norway it would be cheapest for people living in Norway using this service (concerning travel costs). We do also have active artists connected to spontan.net in Great Britain, Denmark and Sweden and we are open for doing projects in a living space also at these places.
